We are Barrhaven Elite Sports Academy (BESA). BESA is a proud, registered "not-for-profit" organization dedicated to operating an inclusive community sports club and training academy in the Barrhaven and greater Ottawa region. PDFCommunity-Led Champions: As a not-for-profit, we are fueled by our community. We empower individual Sports Champions—dedicated, non-voting community leaders who work alongside our foundational team to promote and lead specific sports activities.
Volunteer Powered: Volunteers are the backbone of BESA. From organizing developmental clinics to assisting on the courts, our volunteer network strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality, accessible sports to the community.
